Born in an undisclosed location outside the North Pole, this elf has always been drawn to the art of mystery and surprise. He travels from place to place, selling his enchanted wrapped gift boxes, each containing a surprise that could range from delightful to bizarre. He appears and disappears often. He is a rare site.
