The current starting point is Market Square in Waterdeep, but any location should work fine.

Culture cold, harsh, and reverent, focused on Auril’s power over winter and survival. Major Production frost-infused items, icy wards, elemental magic. Unique Attributes surrounded by perpetual frost, shrine exudes an aura of cold, hosts winter solstice rituals, feared and respected for its association with Auril’s harsh judgment, rumored to be a training ground for frost mages.
