Protected Site-7 is a highly-classified headquarters and command center, established to manage the technical and information security operations of the RAISA. This sprawling facility, consisting of nine retrofitted offshore oil rigs, accommodates nearly 400 personnel dedicated to safeguarding sensitive data, intelligence, and monitoring systems.
