Operating from the SES Matter of Fact, he has dedicated his life to purging disloyalty within Super Earth's domains, even within SEAF itself. He enjoys his grim and macabre work, and the ultimate authority given to him and other Commandoes by the Ministry of Truth. His methods are efficient and brutal, ensuring that no trace of dissent remains.
