Description
Reverse engineered from the Illuminate during the first Galactic War, plasma weapons function by ionizing gas particles into superheated plasma and then launching it through a polarity accelerator. Gas is stored in a small canister and serves as the ammunition for these types of weapons. The Scorcher is the most stable proof of concept of this technology, allowing for safe and consistent shots between semi- and full-automatic fire. Plasma has a splash effect on impact.
