Description
Terminid Brood Commanders are regarded as the strategists of the Terminid swarm, displaying both intelligence and ferocity. This strain approaches threats with a calculated precision, deftly navigating obstacles and employing their pincer claws for vicious melee attacks. Despite their size, they move with surprising agility, attempting to outmaneuver prey; even when thought dead, their heads destroyed, they can enter a dangerous berserker state until they bleed out. Their ability to summon reinforcements makes them a daunting adversary and a priority target, as they can to ensure a constant influx of new Terminid Warriors to the battlefield.

Berserk Frenzy
When its head is destroyed, the Brood Commander enters a berserk state. It can make one additional claw attack each turn but takes 5 damage at the start of each of its turns until it dies.
Charge
The Brood Commander can move up to 50 feet in a straight line towards a target. If the Commander moves at least 20 feet straight towards a target and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 2d6 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
