Description
The Needy is a horrifying tapestry of grotesque desires and lost innocence, created from the dark envy of a being denied love. Once resembling a small child with lacerated skin and an innocent t-shirt, this abomination transforms into a monstrous creature, towering over three meters tall, resembling a colossal insect. It preys on mothers, seeking to devour their organs, as it is fueled by the love it never felt. When it knocks on doors in its childlike guise, it lures victims with a haunting call, drawing them into its deadly embrace deceptively.

Are You My Mommy?
The Needy uses the child part of its body to embrace an adjacent being (Dexterity saving throw to dodge), who remains paralyzed until released. The Needy can maintain this embrace indefinitely but must release if it takes thunder damage.
Blood Regeneration
The Needy has Accelerated Healing. If the Needy becomes unconscious or suffers thunder damage, this ability ceases to function until the end of the scene.
Child Form
The Needy writhes back into the body of the small child to fit into small spaces. It cannot open the first door to enter a place. Once this door is opened, it can ignore this restriction.
Deadly Sucking
Using its stinger, the Needy can suck fluids and rot internal organs. A being hit by the blood stinger is weakened and sickened until the end of the scene (Constitution saving throw to avoid).
Neediness
Any character that has been involved in the gestation of another being receives bonuses in attacks against the Needy, but the Needy also receives bonuses in attacks against that character.
Tentacle Scratch
Once per round, when adjacent to two or more beings, the Needy makes a tentacle attack against one of them. If it hits, the victim falls and is pushed away.
Too Many Arms
The Needy can attack all adjacent beings without restriction, using its blood claws, blood stinger, and tentacles.
