Humans do not have magic here. Dragons come in different builds, so ive separated them by such.
Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.
Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
A serene clearing surrounded by towering ancient trees, where the air is filled with the soft whispers of the forest. The ground is carpeted with vibrant moss and dotted with luminescent mushrooms that glow faintly at night, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
Appearance
The glade is framed by gnarled roots and branches, with a small, crystal-clear pond at its center reflecting the dappled sunlight. Ethereal wisps of light dance above the water, and the sound of a gentle breeze rustles the leaves, adding to the mystical ambiance.
