Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.
Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Appearance
The bar features a grand, spiked wooden counter made from ancient trees, with stools carved from dragon bones. Glowing lanterns hang from the ceiling, illuminating the vibrant colors of the oasis outside, while the air is filled with the scent of exotic spices and roasted meats.
