Humans do not have magic here. Dragons come in different builds, so ive separated them by such.
Best to take a look at all the places and races before making a campaign.
Dragthar is the most developed, and recommended if you want to be a dragon in a dragon-made city. If you wish to be one of the main characters, its recommended to go with Child's retreat.

Description
Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood of dragon dwellings, Dragon's Ascent is a cozy abode designed for a family of small dragons. Instead of traditional stairs, the house features a magnificent climbing wall adorned with colorful gemstones, allowing the young dragons to hone their climbing skills while providing a stunning view of the surrounding area.
Appearance
The house is constructed from smooth stone and adorned with intricate carvings of dragon motifs. Its roof is shaped like a dragon's wings, and the climbing wall is embedded with sparkling crystals that catch the sunlight beautifully.
