Description

The Kraken is a legendary sea creature, feared by sailors throughout the realms. It resides in the deepest oceans, emerging only during violent storms or to wage war against those who delve into its domain. With its immense size and powerful tentacles, it can easily capsize ships and drag them down to the dark depths below. It is said that those who gaze into its many eyes risk insanity, as the Kraken embodies the chaotic fury of the sea.

Actions

Devour

If the Kraken has a creature grappled with its tentacle attack, it can use its action to draw the creature within 10 feet and attempt to devour it. The target must succeed on a DC 23 Constitution saving throw or take 10d10 piercing damage and be swallowed.

Ink Cloud

The Kraken expels a 60-foot radius cloud of ink in water. The area is heavily obscured for 1 minute. Creatures within this area must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn.

Tentacle Attack

The Kraken makes one tentacle attack against a target within 30 feet. On a hit, the target takes 4d10 + 10 bludgeoning damage, and it is grappled (escape DC 23).
