Description
A banshee is the restless spirit of a vengeful soul, often haunting the living with its sorrowful wails. Those who hear the banshee's lament are said to be cursed by its ghostly presence, as it embodies despair and rage, warning of impending doom. Once a beautiful woman in life, she now appears as a wraith-like figure cloaked in tattered, flowing garments that ripple as if caught in a phantom breeze.

Banshees have a melee spell attack that deals 3d6 + 2 damage on a hit.
Etherealness
The banshee can shift from the Material Plane to the Ethereal Plane, or vice versa, as an action. She can move through other creatures and objects on the Ethereal Plane, and take 5 (1d10) force damage if she ends her turn inside an object.
Wail
The banshee emits a mournful wail. Each creature within 30 feet of her must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 necrotic damage and be frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
