Description

Breath of Lightning

Terragon exhales a massive bolt of lightning in a 120-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 84 (12d12) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The recharge time is 5-6.

Legendary Action: Lightning Strike

Terragon can choose to strike with a bolt of lightning at a distance of 120 feet, dealing 22 (4d10) lightning damage to one target.

Legendary Action: Roar of the Storm

Terragon lets out a deafening roar, forcing all creatures in a 60-foot radius to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they become frightened until the end of their next turn.

Legendary Action: Teleport

Terragon magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, to an unoccupied space it can see within 120 feet.

Legendary Action: Wing Attack

Terragon beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.

Multiattack

Terragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Primal Storm

Terragon summons a violent storm in a 60-foot radius centered on it. The area is heavily obscured, and creatures within take 14 (4d6) lightning damage at the start of their turn. This storm lasts for 1 minute and can be moved as a bonus action.

Wind Gust

Terragon creates a powerful gust of wind in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed back 30 feet and knocked prone.
