Unlike their primitive cousins, alghouls possess the ability to strategize, making them formidable leaders of ghoul packs. They are known to ambush travelers and assault caravans, displaying ruthless tactics to overpower their prey. When encountered, focus should be given to eliminate the alghoul first, as its leadership greatly enhances the danger of the surrounding horde.
