Sheriff Gideon Ward was once a fair and dedicated lawman in Duskridge Crossing. However, after the brutal murder of his wife, Eugenia who became one of the victims of the serial killer, he became obsessed with finding her killer. Though no evidence he only blames one man Tobias Kane. This obsession has turned him into a man driven by grief and anger, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve justice, even if it means breaking the law.
