franz create 10 random POI's.

franz create 10 random areas.
I have noticed that the more NPC's, Area's and POI's Franz comes across and the longer the game goes on the more likely is is to make mistakes. Example: confusing NPC Nora with Nora Becker as Franz just looks at "Nora" part and it can get confused.
