He believes that the strong should rule over the weak and sees himself as the rightful ruler of the wasteland.

Once a powerful businessman before the apocalypse, Mr. Incinerates took control of the Allurian Nuclear Power Plant after the world fell apart. He has since exploited the plant's resources to amass wealth and power, often at the expense of the desperate survivors around him. His greed knows no bounds, and he will do anything to maintain his dominance over the wasteland, including manipulating others and using his influence to crush any opposition.
