Ho-Oh flaps its wings, creating a dazzling display of light. All creatures of its choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn.
Resurrection
Once per day, Ho-Oh can resurrect a fallen ally within 60 feet, restoring them to life with full hit points.
