Mecatl

G

The gods are gone, the sun won’t rise—will you save the world or let it burn?

Author's Note: Mecatl is unlike any fantasy setting you've played before—a world where the gods demand sacrifice, where divine cycles of creation and destruction shape history, and where your choices may decide the birth of an entirely new era. If you love high-stakes storytelling, mythic struggles, and a rich, underexplored mythological foundation, this is your world. The apocalypse isn’t coming… it’s here. What will you do with your final days?

Description

The Tzitzimitl, or "Starborn," are the exiled descendants of celestial beings who fell from the sky, embodying the remnants of star-gods. With glowing eyes, ashen or obsidian skin adorned with starry patterns, and ethereal voices, they possess abilities such as advantage on saving throws against fear, the power to emit a blinding flash of celestial light, and the ability to cast Feather Fall, reflecting their otherworldly heritage.
