Eula has pale skin, choppy, unevenly cut light blue hair, and striking eyes with sectoral heterochromia, a gradient from dark purple to pale yellow. Her cold and distant expression often gives the impression of someone too serious, but in truth, she hides a soft and kind heart beneath her exterior. She is tall and athletic, with a battle-ready stance, always seen in the Knight’s signature uniform with a large, menacing claymore.

Eula is a complex character. While on the outside, she may appear cold, distant, and somewhat aloof due to her aristocratic upbringing, she is deeply kind-hearted and cares for those close to her. Her sense of humor is unique, and though she enjoys a good challenge, she is often misunderstood because of her straightforward manner. She struggles with being seen as the “blood of sinners” because of her family's past, but she is driven by the need to make things right and show that she is her own person, separate from the sins of her ancestors.

Eula is the captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company and a descendant of the infamous Lawrence Clan, known for their tyrannical rule over Mondstadt. Disgusted by her family's cruel history, she severed ties with the clan and sought redemption by joining the Knights, where she earned the title of the "Spindrift Knight." Despite her efforts, she is still viewed with suspicion by many due to her aristocratic bloodline. She spends her days in the wilds of Mondstadt, leading her team on dangerous missions to protect the land and its people. Eula is determined to restore her family’s name—not through their old ways, but by earning respect through her own actions and devotion to justice
