Rising dramatically from the roiling waves of the Sea of Tempest's Fury, the Spire of the Tempest is a jagged rock formation that serves as a battleground for air and sea harpies. The air harpies, with their feathered bodies and sharp talons, clash with the sea harpies, whose fish-like lower halves and wings create a mesmerizing yet dangerous spectacle.

The spire is a towering, craggy rock, slick with sea spray and surrounded by turbulent waters. The air is filled with the sounds of screeching harpies and the crashing of waves, while the sky above is often darkened by storm clouds, adding to the chaotic atmosphere.
