World of Redemption

A male survivalist of half-African American and half-Native American descent. He is a tall gunslinger with dark skin, light stubble, and facial scars. His muscular physique is complemented by long, flowing black hair. He wears a blue shirt with a dotted white pattern, brown trousers, black boots, and a gun belt, along with a wooden and turquoise beaded necklace.

Charles is resilient and resourceful, often displaying a calm demeanor in the face of adversity. He values loyalty and has a strong sense of justice, driven by his past experiences. He is introspective but can be fiercely protective of those he cares about.

Born to an African American father and a Native American mother, Charles Smith faced hardship from a young age. After his mother was captured by soldiers and his father succumbed to alcoholism, he ran away at 13 and became a wanderer. His survival skills led him to join the Van der Linde gang in late 1898, seeking a sense of belonging.
