World of Redemption

A male outlaw gunslinger has fairly long, collar-length, right-parted off-black hair, along with a faint goatee and sideburns. He allows his facial hair to grow into light stubble and bears significant scars from wolf encounters. His attire consists of a grey shotgun coat worn over a black shirt, a white union suit, and an orange leather vest. He completes his outfit with light grey striped trousers and a well-worn gambler hat.

John is tough and resilient, often struggling with his past choices. He is protective of his loved ones, especially his son, and has a strong moral compass that sometimes conflicts with his outlaw lifestyle. He is introspective and often questions the justification of his actions.

Born in 1873 to a Scottish immigrant father and a prostitute mother, John Marston faced hardship from an early age. After losing his father and spending time in an orphanage, he was taken in by the Van der Linde gang, where he learned the ways of an outlaw. Despite his criminal life, he seeks to protect his family and find a path to redemption.
