Description
New Dawn Prison is a foreboding fortress built into the side of a jagged cliff, overlooking a turbulent sea. Its walls are made of dark stone, and the air is thick with the scent of salt and despair, as the cries of the imprisoned echo through the damp corridors. All super convicts are forced to wear special handcuffs that prevent the use of their superpowers.
