Inside, newly arrived students can complete their registration, receive their academy-issued equipment (often incorporating minor enchantments powered by Solaran ingenuity), and access information terminals displaying schedules, campus maps, and introductory guides to the academy's diverse curriculum. Administrative staff fluent in Solarian customs and technological jargon are on hand to assist with any inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition for students accustomed to Solara's progressive environment. From here, prospective students are given their classes and dorm room key for the Dorm of Unity.
