Shadowfell

A tall, gaunt human male with pale skin and sunken eyes that glimmer with a sinister light. Eldrin is cunning and ruthless, willing to do whatever it takes to maintain his power. He is charming when he needs to be, but his true nature is one of deceit and malice. He often speaks in riddles and metaphors, reflecting the dark influence of his patron.

Once a respected leader of Border City, Eldrin was chosen by the Lady of Shadows to serve as her mayor. Over time, the dark powers he embraced began to corrupt his mind and soul, twisting his once noble intentions into a desire for control and power. Now, he rules with an iron fist, using fear and manipulation to maintain his grip on the city, all while secretly serving the dark goddess who granted him his position.
