Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Description
The Creepy Marshlands are a vast, murky expanse filled with thick fog and twisted trees. The air is thick with the stench of decay, and the sounds of croaking frogs and distant howls echo through the swamp, creating an eerie atmosphere. Rumors abound of a malevolent witch who resides deep within, using dark magic to corrupt the creatures and plants around her, turning them into twisted versions of their former selves.
