Blood Drain
The Giant Bloodfly makes a melee attack against a creature, dealing 1d8 piercing damage. If the attack hits, the target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 1d8 necrotic damage and the Giant Bloodfly regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt.
Buzzing Swarm
The Giant Bloodfly emits a deafening buzz, forcing all creatures within 15 feet to make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, creatures are frightened until the end of their next turn.
