Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Description
Nestled in the heart of Elderwood Hollow, Grim Trann's Forge is the only place where adventurers can find expertly crafted weapons and armor. The forge is known for its unique blend of traditional dwarven craftsmanship and the rare materials sourced from the surrounding enchanted woods.
Appearance
The forge is a sturdy stone building with a large chimney billowing smoke. Inside, the walls are lined with weapons of all shapes and sizes, and the air is filled with the sound of hammer striking metal and the warm glow of molten ore.
