Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Description
Nestled in the heart of the creepy marchlands, Witch's Hollow is a small, crooked house made of dark timber and overgrown with thorny vines. The air is thick with the scent of damp earth and strange herbs, while the eerie sounds of the marsh echo around it, hinting at the dark magic that resides within.
Appearance
The house appears to lean slightly to one side, with a thatched roof covered in moss and a crooked chimney that emits wisps of smoke. Surrounding the house are twisted trees and patches of fog that seem to dance in the moonlight, creating an unsettling atmosphere.
