Of course the world is not the map of original pathfinder. I wasn't sure if this could be a problem with any rights.
Also there is lot of room to place own areas or POI's by your self. (Or by Franz ;))
I would turn on "Hide unkonwn enties" in the settings when you start a new game. But of course it's your choice.

Description
Choose a creature you can see within range. The target must make a saving throw of Wisdom or be paralyzed for the duration of the spell. This spell has no effect against the undead. At the end of each round, the target can make a new saving throw of Wisdom. If successful, the spell ends for the creature.
