Description
Letherna is a towering fortress of obsidian and soulstone, rising ominously from a gray, frozen valley. Silent Shadar-kai wander its labyrinthine halls, while flocks of spectral ravens circle its spires, embodying the essence of the Raven Queen, who has not been seen in an age. Her will is enforced by her Justicars, who maintain order in this eerie realm.
