The Great Expanse

A vast, hidden cavern system deep within Frostpeak, accessible only through perilous icy passages. The Maw's chambers are carved by ancient ice, echoing with dripping meltwater, and rumored to be a sacred Goliath site or tomb of a legendary chieftain, now inhabited by fierce creatures or something older and colder.

The cavern walls shimmer with translucent blue ice, jagged stalactites hang from the ceiling, and the floor is slick with frozen meltwater pools. Dim, eerie light filters through cracks in the ice, casting ghostly reflections and shadows throughout the sprawling maze of tunnels and chambers.
