The R'lyeh Tablet is a powerful artifact steeped in necromantic energy, allowing those who sleep near it to experience vivid dreams of the ancient city of R'lyeh and the Great Old One, Cthulhu. While dreaming, creatures can psychically traverse R'lyeh, bringing back items they hold, but at a grave risk; if they are harmed in the dream, they may cease to exist in the waking world, their memories erased.
