The Greyhowl emits a wave of psionic energy in a 30-foot radius. All creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on their next attack roll and be unable to take reactions until the end of their next turn.

Terrifying Roar

The Greyhowl lets out a deafening roar. All creatures within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 thunder damage and be deafened for 1 minute.
