Every school has a unique legacy, from historic battles to campus scandals and hero guild affiliations. Description

Thunderstep Ridge Academy Location: Durango, Colorado (near Mesa Verde) Mascot: The Stampeded Bison Colors: Earth Brown and Sunfire Yellow A sprawling combat academy built on a rocky plateau near Mesa Verde, featuring red rock outer walls, underground tunnels, and an open-air arena called Dustbreaker Ring where sandstorms and seismic quakes can be triggered. Students train in brute-force combat, stampede suppression, rock-slide rescue, and energy wave manipulation, drawing spiritual inspiration from the land. Championship Banners: šŸ„‰ District Banners: 6 🄈 State Banners: 2 šŸ„‡ National Banners: 1 Their 2053 national victory shocked the league when Team Dustline used coordinated terrain shattering and smoke camouflage to take down New York’s elite Skyport Academy. Their mascot, the Stampeded Bison, has since become a regional symbol of unstoppable force.

Appearance

The academy is carved into red rock cliffs with ancestral structures reconstructed around canyons and cliffs. The Dustbreaker Ring is a large open-air coliseum surrounded by rocky outcrops, with banners in earth brown and sunfire yellow colors. Underground tunnels connect various training chambers shaped by wind and stone.
