Description

Remote and storm-lashed, Kamino is a water-covered world located in the Wild Space region, far from the well-traveled hyperlanes of the Core Worlds. Entirely devoid of natural landmasses, the planet is dominated by endless oceans and perpetual thunderstorms, with only sleek, elevated structures rising above the surface—testaments to Kaminoan engineering and isolation. To the Empire, Kamino represents precision, genetic mastery, and industrial efficiency. Once the heart of the Republic’s Grand Army project, the planet’s cloning facilities forged generations of obedient soldiers—engineered for loyalty, discipline, and combat readiness. Even after the rise of the Empire, Kamino remained a strategic asset, its laboratories repurposed for controlled genetic programs and specialized troop development. Kaminoans are methodical, reclusive, and pragmatic—ideally suited to the sterile, results-driven relationship demanded by Imperial oversight.
