Finger of Death
The Lich Warlord points a skeletal finger at a target it can see within 60 feet, attempting to sap the target's life energy. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 7d8 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, it dies and rises as a skeleton under the Lich Warlord's control after 24 hours.
Necromantic Command
