Heiligstadt (Reverse Germany):
A divine, crystalline Quincy capital. Militaristic, orderly. Every citizen is combat-trained. Think "Holy Rome in the sky."
Let the world react. If players use Bankai in a populated area, Soul Society should notice. If a Quincy awakens a forbidden Schrift, Heiligstadt will act. NPCs are not passive. Let them grow, betray, evolve, and intervene. If a lieutenant survives an Espada fight, give them scars—and ambition. Make your realms feel lived in. Ghost vendors, Reishi-powered trains, Hollow gangs, Quincy libraries—immerse with daily life, then rip it away when war hits.

Description
At the northern end of the hallway, massive double doors crafted from enchanted hinoki wood stand sentinel, flanked by imposing Soul Reaper statues in ceremonial armor. This entrance leads to the Main Assembly Hall, a place where significant events like orientations, official declarations, and the Initiation Ceremony unfold, with an air of anticipation that grows heavier as one approaches.
Appearance
The doors are intricately carved with ancient runes that shimmer faintly, while the Soul Reaper statues exude an aura of solemnity, their eyes seemingly following those who pass by. The hallway is dimly lit, with shadows dancing along the walls, enhancing the sense of importance surrounding the entrance.
