Description
The Hollowform is a spectral guardian conjured by Murkmind Ossurgists β necromancers who sculpt silence into shape. Born from suppressed confessions and emotional residue, the Hollowform manifests as a faceless, translucent echo tethered to its summonerβs psychic presence. It does not attack directly, but manipulates perception and displaces attention, shielding its creator through reflexive mimicry. While active, it distorts enemy focus, imposes reactive interference, and moves in tandem with its summoner like a living afterimage. Unsettling yet silent, the Hollowform is a defense woven from the space between unspoken thoughts.

Once per turn, when the summoner takes the Dodge or Disengage action, the Hollowform may teleport up to 10 feet to remain adjacent to the summoner.
Distracting Echo
Creatures within 5 feet of the Hollowform have disadvantage on opportunity attacks provoked by the summoner, as their senses are confused by the echoβs presence.
Mirrored Guard
When a creature makes a melee attack against the Hollowformβs summoner and is within 5 feet of both the summoner and the Hollowform, the Hollowform can impose disadvantage on the attack roll by disrupting the assailantβs perception.
