Description
Hidden beneath gnarled roots and fungal overgrowth, the Rotwhisker Warrens are a vast network of twisting tunnels carved by the aggressive Rotwhisker Swarm. These unnaturally large and cunning swamp rats have created a humid, oppressive environment filled with the constant sounds of gnawing and skittering, where the deeper you venture, the more warped and diseased the creatures become, some even displaying fungal growths and hive-mind behaviors.
Appearance
The tunnels are dark and damp, with walls slick from moisture and covered in bioluminescent fungi that cast an eerie glow. The air is thick with the smell of decay, and the ground is littered with remnants of past intruders, including bones and discarded belongings.
