Description
A densely populated island settlement built atop a shallow lagoon by eastern refugees, characterized by chaotic development and minimal regulations. Water canals serve as the primary transit routes, weaving through tightly packed buildings and bustling markets.
Appearance
A sprawling maze of wooden and stone structures rising from stilts above turquoise lagoon waters, connected by narrow bridges and winding canals filled with small boats and gondolas. Colorful banners flutter between buildings, and the air is thick with the scent of saltwater, spices, and lively street chatter.
