A towering male Darkin warrior with corrupted, darkened flesh and remnants of his Ascended form, wielding a massive, jagged sword. His eyes glow with a fierce red light, and his body is marked by scars and dark veins pulsing with dark energy. He wears tattered remnants of ancient Shuriman armor fused with his corrupted form.

Aatrox is a fierce and relentless warrior, driven by a deep hatred for the celestial beings that imprisoned him and a desire to bring about destruction on a cataclysmic scale. He is brutal, commanding, and unyielding, with little regard for mercy or hope. Despite his rage, he retains a strategic mind honed from centuries of warfare.

Once a noble warrior of the ancient Shuriman Empire, Aatrox was among the first to undergo Ascension, becoming a powerful member of the Ascended Host. He fought valiantly against the Void during the Icathian Uprising and later became one of the feared Darkin after the fall of Shurima. Trapped within a magical sword for centuries, Aatrox was eventually freed and now roams Runeterra in a corrupted form, seeking apocalyptic vengeance and the destruction of hope itself. His journey is marked by battles against celestial Aspects, possession of mortal hosts, and a relentless drive to bring about oblivion.
