Haunting Melody
The Echo Raptor sings a haunting melody that can be heard up to 300 feet away. Each creature within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute, reliving a memory of the dead. A charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Memory Recall
The Echo Raptor can choose one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or be forced to recall a painful memory, taking 2d8 psychic damage and becoming frightened until the end of its next turn.
