Description

Creatures starting turn within 60 ft. must make DC 21 Wisdom save or be incapacitated by overwhelming alien knowledge until next turn.

Devouring Maw

Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 20 ft., one creature. Hit: 55 (6d12 + 15) piercing damage. Huge or smaller creatures must succeed on DC 25 Dexterity save or be swallowed, taking 42 (12d6) acid damage each turn while inside.

Maddening Gaze

Targets one creature within 120 ft. DC 21 Wisdom save or take 44 (8d10) psychic damage and suffer short-term madness.

Multiattack

The Devourer uses its Maddening Gaze and then makes one Devouring Maw attack.

Omniscient Glare (Recharge 5-6)

Focuses all eyes on a point within 120 ft., creating a 30-ft radius sphere of warped reality. Creatures must make DC 21 Intelligence save or take 72 (16d8) force damage and lose 1d4 Intelligence until restored.

Unravel Existence (1/Day)

In a 300-ft cube, gravity and time distort, ground melts into non-Euclidean angles, area is difficult terrain. Creatures starting turn must make DC 21 Constitution save or gain exhaustion level. Lasts 1 minute or until Devourer is slain.
