Description

Target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the start of your next turn. If the target is already frightened or has killed someone in the last hour, they take 3d6 psychic damage and are stunned for 1 round on a failed save. Ki Version: Spend 2 ki to activate this instead of casting.
