Description
The Well of Despair is a foreboding site located in a desolate clearing, surrounded by barrows and standing stones and a thick fog that seems to cling to the ground. Legends say that those who peer into its depths are confronted with their greatest fears, and many have vanished without a trace after attempting to draw water from it.
Appearance
The well is made of ancient stone, covered in dark moss and etched with runes that pulse faintly with a sinister light. The water within is murky and appears to swirl with shadows, reflecting not the sky above but the darkest corners of one's soul.
