Description
These magical sandals grant the wearer a flying speed equal to their walking speed for up to 4 hours. The duration can be used all at once or in shorter flights, with a minimum of 1 minute per flight; if the duration expires while flying, the wearer descends at a rate of 30 feet per round until they land. The sandals regain 1 hour of flying capability for every 2 hours they are not in use.
