Edward City – Residential Perimeter

The eastern fringe of Edward City, where urban sprawl meets the encroaching jungle. This area features multi-level residential buildings, utility depots, and mid-class shopping arcades, all partially reclaimed by jungle overgrowth. Barricades made from overturned furniture and scavenged materials line the streets, while abandoned vehicles are overtaken by moss. Notable locations include Robson’s Drug Store, Living Quarters ②, and the Warehouse Corridor Access, with the constant threat of poison gas and dinosaur ambushes.

It features a storage area for chemical materials and a laboratory for advanced research, including gas experimentation and Third Energy simulations.

Facility B2

Facility B2

Facility B2 is a heavily secured underground floor of the Ibis Island Third Energy research facility, dedicated to the generation and research of Third Energy. It features advanced security measures, including armed guards, laser shutters, and a DDK door, making it one of the most difficult areas to access. The facility houses Dr. Edward Kirk's personal lab, various research rooms, and the experimental Third Energy generator, all designed to ensure the safe and efficient production of this powerful energy source.

Facility B3

Facility B3

Facility B3 is the most secure level of the Ibis Island research facility, housing critical transport installations and emergency routes. It features the Port, a dedicated freight area, and various rooms essential for logistics and energy management, all designed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Facility Outdoors

Facility Outdoors

Facility Outdoors encompasses the external areas of the Ibis Island research facility, featuring the heliport, large size elevator, and various support structures. This area serves as a crucial transport hub for personnel and research materials, connecting the outside world to the main building through dedicated passages.

Habitat Support Facility

Habitat Support Facility

Deep within the western jungle lies the Habitat Support Facility, a remnant of the Noah’s Ark Project. Once a sanctuary for displaced lifeforms, it now stands as a dangerous ruin, overgrown and haunted by rogue androids and prehistoric predators. The facility's history is marred by a catastrophic containment breach, leading to the rise of a Giganotosaurus as the apex predator of the region. The remnants of advanced technology and the echoes of its tragic past create a perilous environment for any who dare to explore its depths.

Ibis Island

Ibis Island

Ibis Island is a small tropical island under the control of the Borginian Republic, originally used for military research. The island is now overrun by dinosaurs after a failed experiment created a space-time anomaly, replacing its original ecosystem with a Cretaceous jungle teeming with prehistoric wildlife.

Ibis Island Jungle

Ibis Island Jungle

The Ibis Island Jungle is a dense, suffocating expanse of prehistoric flora surrounding a research installation. It is unnaturally silent at times and teeming with lethal lifeforms that should not exist. The jungle feels wrong, too old and too intact, as if something is keeping it hidden. The area is known for its treacherous terrain and dangerous wildlife, making it a perilous place for any adventurers.

Ibis Island Research Facility

Ibis Island Research Facility

The Ibis Island Research Facility, a secret military-backed installation, was designed for the development of the Third Energy Project. Following a catastrophic containment breach, the facility is now a chaotic blend of advanced technology and prehistoric terror, with time-space anomalies distorting reality and unleashing ancient creatures.

Ibis Island Staff Village

Ibis Island Staff Village

Once a bustling living space for scientists and support personnel, the Ibis Island Staff Village is now a chaotic scene of panic and disarray. Residents fled in haste, leaving behind half-eaten meals, overturned furniture, and signs of a struggle. The eerie silence is punctuated by flickering emergency lights and the distant sounds of predators lurking in the shadows.

Ibis Island Swamp

Ibis Island Swamp

Located in the northwest reaches of Ibis Island, the Swamp is a thick, wet mire where vegetation grows unnaturally dense and daylight struggles to reach the forest floor. Most early facility planners wrote it off as unsuitable for infrastructure due to its acidity, flooding, and wildlife presence — but internal logs suggest Edward Co. covertly used the area anyway. Officially, it was left untouched. Unofficially, the swamp became a biological dump site, a live specimen field test zone, and possibly the containment zone for bioengineered lifeforms that didn’t “meet standards.” Now it’s a festering bog of rotted trunks, crooked vines, and thick, ankle-deep sludge. Entire trees are toppled sideways, and the ground often shifts when stepped on. No structures remain above the muck — but odd glints of metal and caged infrastructure are visible under the surface.

Military Base

Military Base

Once a secure military installation, this base now lies in ruins, overgrown by the jungle and haunted by the echoes of its past. It served as a stronghold for Edward Company, but after a catastrophic incident, it was displaced into a prehistoric era, facing relentless attacks from dinosaurs and the harsh realities of survival.

Missile Silo

Missile Silo

Once a strategic military installation, the Missile Silo lies in ruins deep within the jungle, a testament to human desperation and the catastrophic consequences of unchecked ambition. The site is marked by the remnants of a long-range missile, now a charred husk, surrounded by overgrown foliage and the echoes of its tragic history.

Northern Jungle Path

Northern Jungle Path

The Northern Jungle Path is a dense, overgrown corridor that serves as a natural boundary between the beach landing zone and established human infrastructure. Dominated by thick canopy and humid mist, this area is a wild, disorienting zone where every rustle could signal a predator, and movement is slow due to twisted roots and unstable ground.

River Village

River Village

Once a tranquil worker settlement supporting Edward Company, River Village is now eerily quiet, overrun by jungle and signs of abrupt evacuation. The area features stilted huts, decayed bridges, and a wide, slow river covered in algae, hinting at the presence of large aquatic reptiles.

TRAT Landing Zone

TRAT Landing Zone

The TRAT Landing Zone is a hastily constructed forward operating base on the northeastern shoreline of a central lake, surrounded by dense jungle. Initially built for rapid deployment, the base features modular tents and portable supply containers, but it quickly becomes a scene of chaos as raptors and larger predators attack, leading to a desperate fight for survival.

The Crescent Lagoon

The Third Energy Facility is a heavily fortified research center submerged beneath a lake, serving as the heart of Edward Company's time-space experiments. It features flooded labs, damaged power conduits, and biological contamination, with environmental hazards including drowning and electrocution. Access is limited to submersible routes or deep-access elevator shafts, with potential entry through broken lift shafts and aquatic tunnels.

Watergate

Watergate

The Watergate is a heavily fortified concrete floodgate installation that regulates the river level feeding into the jungle from the northern lake. It serves as a security checkpoint and supply route for inland operations, now overgrown and rusted, requiring manual operation to function. The area is a choke point for access between overland zones and river routes, featuring gun emplacements and steep terrain.

Western Swamp Region

Western Swamp Region

This low-elevation floodplain is a treacherous area formed by years of accumulated runoff from jungle rainfall. It is half-drowned and overgrown, filled with the remnants of abandoned sensor pylons and collapsed research outposts, creating a haunting atmosphere of decay and danger.
