Born in the Goa Kingdom, he is the son of Marine hero Monkey D. Garp and the father of the infamous pirate Monkey D. Luffy. His journey began as a Marine, but disillusionment with their version of justice led him to become a revolutionary leader, fighting for freedom and justice for the oppressed. He is also known for saving Sabo from a World Noble attack, raising him as his second-in-command. Dragon is labeled the 'World's Worst Criminal' due to his relentless campaign against the World Government.
